1. THE PARTICIPATION FEE IS A HUNDRED THOUSAND NAIRA ONLY (N100,000) FOR BOTH DAYS.
  2. BUSINESSES CAN PAY FOR BOTH DAYS OR PAIR WITH A BUSINESS TO SHARE BOTH DAYS (I.E ONE BUSINESS TAKES THE 11TH AND THE OTHER TAKES THE 12TH)
  3. SPLIT PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  4. WHEN REGISTERING, THE FORM WILL HAVE A SPACE TO PUT IN THE BUSINESS NAME FOR EITHER DAY (ONE BUSINESS NAME FOR SATURDAY AND THE SECOND BUSINESS NAME FOR SUNDAY).
  5. PAIRING BUSINESSES MUST BE IN THE SAME CATEGORY (E.G TWO (2) FOOD & DRINK VENDORS OR TWO (2) FASHION VENDORS).
  6. STANDS WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED UPON FULL PAYMENT.
  7. PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE ONLY VIA THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS AND THE ACCOUNT NUMBER DISPLAYED ON THE PAYMENT FORM.
  8. IF PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE VIA BANK TRANSFER, KINDY USE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER DISPLAYED ON THE PAYMENT FORM.
  9. A CALL SHOULD BE MADE OR AN EMAIL/SMS SENT TO FUSION LIFESTYLE WHEN PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
  10. FUSION LIFESTYLE WILL CONFIRM RECEIPT OF PAYMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS. IF YOU DO NOT HEAR FROM US WITHIN THIS TIME PLEASE CALL TO CONFIRM.
  11. FUSION LIFESTYLE WILL CREATE PUBLIC AWARENESS FOR THE EVENT.
  12. FUSION LIFESTYLE WILL PROVIDE TABLES, CHAIRS, AND TABLE COVERS FOR VENDORS IN THE HALL, AND CANOPIES, TABLES, CHAIRS, AND POWER OUTLETS FOR THOSE IN THE GARDEN. ADDITIONAL DISPLAY ITEMS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANTS.
  13. PARTICIPANTS MAY ARRIVE AT THE VENUE NO EARLIER THAN TWO HOURS (10 AM) BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT TO BEGIN SET UP.
  14. PARTICIPANTS SHALL REMAIN AT THEIR ASSIGNED STAND AND ARRANGE GOODS/SERVICES WITHOUT ENCROACHING ON OTHER PARTICIPANTS' SPACES.
  15. PARTICIPANTS SHALL DISPLAY ONLY GOODS PREVIOUSLY AGREED UPON. ANY OTHER GOODS WILL BE REMOVED.
  16. SALES OF HAIR EXTENSIONS (BRAIDS, WEAVE- ON ETC) AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED.
  17. FUSION LIFESTYLE WILL PROVIDE SECURITY FOR THE EVENT. HOWEVER, PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF THEIR GOODS. WE URGE ALL VENDORS TO BE EXTRA VIGILANT WITH MOBILE PHONES AND BAGS.
  18. FUSION LIFESTYLE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS.
  19. ANY DAMAGE TO THE VENUE BY A PARTICIPANT WILL BE PAID FOR IN FULL BY THAT PARTICIPANT
  20. PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE FULLY VACATED THE HALL NO LATER THAN THIRTY MINUTES (7.30 PM) AFTER THE END OF THE EVENT.
  21. IN THE EVENT OF AN INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE AFTER PAYMENT, NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED, HOWEVER, PARTICIPANTS CAN CARRY OVER PAYMENT TO THE NEXT FUSION EVENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY TWO (2) CARRY OVERS ARE ALLOWED AFTER WHICH THE STAND MUST BE USED OR FORFEITED. A NO-SHOW WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE HOWEVER LEADS TO PAYMENT BEING FORFEITED.
  22. ALL VENDORS MUST BE PRESENT BEFORE 12 PM TO COLLECT 3 WRIST TAGS. ANY VENDOR THAT SHOWS UP AFTER 12 WILL HAVE TO PAY THE ENTRANCE FEE OF N1,000.
  23. FUSION LIFESTYLE LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY A PARTICIPANT FROM EXHIBITING FOR UNTOWARD BEHAVIOUR, IN WHICH CASE A REFUND OF THE PARTICIPATION FEE WILL BE MADE LESS 10% FOR ADMIN CHARGES.
  24. TWO BUSINESSES CANNOT SHARE A TABLE/STAND, ONLY THE DAYS (ONE BUSINESS CAN TAKE SATURDAY AND THE OTHER SUNDAY).

IMPORTANT BY NOTE FOR CLOTHES DISPLAY:

ONLY ONE STRAIGHT SINGLE-SIDED RACK AND ONE MANNEQUIN/DRESS FORM ARE ALLOWED PER PARTICIPANT TO PREVENT DISORDERLINESS IN THE HALL. ANYONE WITH MORE THAN THESE WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM.
